Oriskany Arms, at its sole discretion, will repair the defect(s) or replace your firearm at no cost to you should you make a claim within the parameters of our Lifetime Warranty. Oriskany Arms will keep the defective firearm should they opt to provide a replacement.

ORISKANY ARMS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LOSS, EXPENSE, OR DAMAGES OTHER THAN TO REPAIR DEFECTS IN THE FIREARM OR REPLACE THE FIREARM) UNDER THIS WARRANTY.

ORISKANY ARMS ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRODUCT MALFUNCTION OR FOR PHYSICAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART FROM CRIMINAL OR NEGLIGENT USE OF THE PRODUCT.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED FROM THE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE. THEY DO NOT EXTEND BEYOND THE TERM AND/OR CONDITIONS OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY.

THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF THE FIREARM SERIAL NUMBER HAS BEEN REMOVED OR DEFACED.
The terms of this Warranty cannot be altered except in writing by an authorized officer of Oriskany Arms.

Please keep your sales receipt for proof of the purchase date. Should Oriskany Arms decide that it is necessary for you to return your firearm to our factory or to one of our authorized warranty repair centers, the owner must prepay all shipping, insurance, and/or transportation charges. We will NOT accept COD shipments.
